就地冷再生柔性基层路面的检查

从挖探结果显示,原有沥青路面厚14cm,基层为强度较高二灰镁碴,沿线多处有不同程度的翻浆、坑槽、裂纹等,原路的纵横坡度已不能满足路面排水要求。路面现有承载力较低。营大路的路况调查结果显示,营大路目前存在的问题主要有以下几点:
The excavation results show that the original asphalt pavement is 14cm thick, and the base is lime fly ash magnesium slag with high strength. There are mud churning, pits, cracks, etc. in many places along the line. The vertical and horizontal slopes of the original road can no longer meet the pavement drainage requirements. The existing bearing capacity of the pavement is low. The road condition survey results of Yingda road show that the main existing problems of Yingda road are as follows:
(1)目前右半幅路面病害很小,个别路段出现轻微裂纹,路面平整度较差,路面基本完好。从挖探结果显示,沥青路面厚14cm,基层二灰镁碴强度较高。
(1) At present, the disease of the right half of the road is very small, some sections have slight cracks, the pavement flatness is poor, and the pavement is basically intact. The excavation results show that the thickness of asphalt pavement is 14cm, and the strength of lime fly ash magnesium slag is high.
(2)左半幅沥青路面厚10cm,多处有翻浆、坑槽、裂纹等,基层松散,不成板体,土基含水量为19.5%,部分路面低于人行道外绿地,两侧没有边沟,排水困难。
(2) The left half of the asphalt pavement is 10cm thick, with mud churning, pits, cracks, etc. in many places. The base course is loose and does not form a plate body. The water content of the soil foundation is 19.5%. Some pavements are lower than the green space outside the sidewalk. There are no side ditches on both sides, so it is difficult to drain.
(3)测量结果显示,原路的横坡度平均在1%,较小纵坡为0,已不能满足路面排水要求。
(3) The measurement results show that the average cross slope of the original road is 1%, and the smaller longitudinal slope is 0, which can not meet the requirements of pavement drainage.
(4)路面现有实测弯沉为80一130/0.01 mm,

(5)现有路面南北两侧存在较大高差。
(5) There is a large elevation difference between the north and south sides of the existing pavement.
高差小于5cm的占全线的68.5%;

高差大于5cm、小于IOcm的占全线的22.7%;
The height difference greater than 5cm and less than IOCM accounts for 22.7% of the whole line;
高差大于10cm、小于15cm的占全线的7.6%;
The height difference greater than 10cm and less than 15cm accounts for 7.6% of the whole line;
高差大于15cm、小于20cm的,占全线的1.1%,
The height difference greater than 15cm and less than 20cm accounts for 1.1% of the whole line,
