城市建设、城镇化、新农村建设、棚户区改造等,产生很多的建筑垃圾,统计数据显示,我国每年在城市建设施工过程中所产生的建筑垃圾呈现逐年增长的趋势,这些建筑垃圾往往都采用填埋或露天堆放的方式进行处理,不仅占用土地、污染水资源,还造成资源浪费,若将其经过资源化处置,则大部分可作为原材料回用到工程建设中去,形成良性循环,建筑垃圾资源化已成为解决城市建筑垃圾出路的途径。现在和将来,这些建筑垃圾都成为新的建筑材料的来源,也成为一个新的行业和新的赚钱方式。建筑废弃物资源化产品已被列入可享受税收优惠政策的范围,目前,全国很多地方都对建筑垃圾资源化给予大力度扶持。

严格的政策,再生材料的利用迫在眉睫,因此促进了公路工程旧材料冷再生、热再生施工工艺的发展。冷再生、热再生,又可以分就地和厂拌两种形式,其的优势是施工成本低、工期短、对交通影响小。公路旧路改造、翻修和养护过程中,会产生大量的沥青、水稳等旧材料,这些旧材料或被丢弃或用来做场地硬化,浪费资源也污染环境。中东部经济发达地区,无论是高等级公路还是乡村公路,已经相当发达与完善,改造、翻修和养护的工程将增多,适合发展冷再生和热再生的工艺。
Strict environmental policies and the urgent use of recycled materials have promoted the development of cold and hot recycling construction techniques for old materials in highway engineering. Cold regeneration and hot regeneration can be divided into two forms: on-site and factory mixing. Their biggest advantages are low construction costs, short construction periods, and minimal impact on traffic. During the process of renovating, renovating, and maintaining old roads, a large amount of old materials such as asphalt and water stabilization are generated. These old materials are either discarded or used for site hardening, wasting resources and polluting the environment. In the economically developed regions of the Middle East, whether it is high-grade highways or rural roads, they have become quite developed and improved. The number of renovation, renovation, and maintenance projects will increase, making it suitable for the development of cold and hot regeneration processes.
(1)就地冷再生就是指利用沥青再生设备将旧沥青路面材料就地打碎,并加入适当的沥青及改性材料后拌和压实,以旧路面材料为主修筑道路的技术。

厂拌冷再生是将回收沥青路面材料运拌和厂,经破碎、筛分后,以一定的比例与新集料、活性填料、水分进行常温拌合,常温铺筑形成路面结构层的沥青路面再生技术。

(2)就地热再生是一种预防性养护技术。采用专用的就地热再生设备,对沥青路面进行加热、铣刨,就地掺入一定数量的新沥青、新沥青混合料、再生剂等,经热拌和、摊铺、碾压等工序,一次性实现对表面一定深度范围内的旧沥青混凝土路面再生的技术。它可分为复拌再生、加铺再生两种。
(2) Geothermal regeneration is a preventive maintenance technology. Using specialized geothermal regeneration equipment, the asphalt pavement is heated and milled, and a certain amount of new asphalt, new asphalt mixture, regeneration agent, etc. are added on-site. Through hot mixing, paving, rolling and other processes, the technology of regenerating the old asphalt concrete pavement within a certain depth range of the surface is achieved in one go. It can be divided into two types: mixed recycling and overlay recycling.
a. 复拌再生:将旧沥青路面加热、铣刨,就地掺加一定数量的再生剂、新沥青、新沥青混合料,经热态拌和、摊铺、压实成型。
A. a Re mixing and regeneration: Heating and milling the old asphalt pavement, adding a certain amount of rejuvenator, new asphalt, and new asphalt mixture on site, and then hot mixing, paving, and compaction to form.
b. 加铺再生:将旧沥青路面加热、铣刨,就地掺加一定数量的新沥青混合料、再生剂、拌和形成再生混合料,利用再生复拌机的熨平板摊铺再生混合料,利用再生复拌机的第二熨平板同时将新沥青混合料摊铺于再生混合料之上,两层一起压实成型。
B. b Overlay and regeneration: Heat and mill the old asphalt pavement, add a certain amount of new asphalt mixture, rejuvenator, and mix on site to form a recycled mixture. Use the first ironing plate of the recycling mixer to pave the recycled mixture, and use the second ironing plate of the recycling mixer to simultaneously spread the new asphalt mixture on top of the recycled mixture. The two layers are compacted and formed together.
