目前主要采用膨胀率和半衰期2个指标对沥青发泡特性进行评价。膨胀率是指沥青发泡膨胀时达到的体积与泡沫完全消失时的体积之比，反映泡沫沥青的粘度大小。半衰期是指泡沫沥青从体积降到体积的一半需要的时间，沥青路面冷再生机，以s计，反映泡沫沥青的稳定性。评价沥青发泡效果时，膨胀率和半衰期是两个密不可分的指标，的发泡效果应使两个值均比较大，而不能单独采用一个指标来控制。建议发泡沥青的膨胀率≥10倍，半衰期≥8 s

The expansion rate refers to the ratio of the volume reached when the asphalt foams and expands to the volume when the foam completely disappears, reflecting the viscosity of foam asphalt. The half-life refers to the time required for foam asphalt to reduce from the volume to half of the volume. The asphalt pavement cold recycling machine, in seconds, reflects the stability of foam asphalt. When evaluating the foaming effect of asphalt, the expansion rate and half-life are two inseparable indicators. The foaming effect should be such that both values are relatively large, and cannot be controlled by a single indicator. It is recommended that the expansion rate of foamed asphalt be ≥ 10 times and the half-life be ≥ 8 seconds

我公司一台600马力机械传动冷再生机RZ2300交付租赁用户。客户之前已经使用多台路面冷再生机，但对于国内强度较高的路基冷再生难以达到理想施工效果，迫切需要合适的高端冷再生机。用户早在去年即开始考察，对比国内各种型号的冷再生机，认为我公司生产的机械传动冷再生机RZ2300性能可靠，综合工作性能高，与我公司签定了意向定单。春节后，经过我公司精心装配与调试，机器已交付用户到达施工工地。

They signed an intention order with our company. After the Spring Festival, our company carefully assembled and debugged the machine, and it has been delivered to the user and arrived at the construction site.
