水泥撒布车的使用率如何提高？

无论对于水泥撒布车的应用还是对于其他相关设备的应用，在应用过程中都需要进行相应的维护工作，今天小编为大家介绍做到以下3点可有效提高水泥撒布车使用率：

1、水泥撒布车长时间停用，应该要放空罐内以及管道中的液体，各个孔都要盖紧，保持好清洁度，各个运转部件要加注润滑油，多次使用和长时间使用以及再次启用的时候应该要清除罐中的铁锈，要定期清洗水过滤器。
1. If the cement spreader is out of service for a long time, the liquid in the tank and pipeline should be emptied. Each hole should be covered tightly to maintain good cleanliness. All running parts should be filled with lubricating oil. Rust in the tank should be removed when it is used for many times, for a long time and when it is used again. The water filter should be cleaned regularly.
2、在室外温度低于零下5度的时候没有保温装置的全自动水泥撒布车不应该存放成品，要及时的排除干净，以免发生上冻情况。
2. When the outdoor temperature is lower than - 5 ℃, the automatic cement spreader without thermal insulation device should not store the finished products, but should be removed in time to avoid freezing.
3、当然水泥撒布车要定期的检查定子和转子的配合间隙，在不可以达到规定的较小间隙时候应该要考虑更换定子和转子。
