冷再生是一种与热再生相对应的沥青混合料再生施工方法。冷再生法是利用大功率路面铣刨机在原路面上对路面混合料进行碾磨、挖除、破碎,同时加入稳定剂、水泥、水(或乳化沥青)和骨料进行现场拌合,用路面搅拌机现场拌合,碾压成型。冷再生施工主要用于低等级路面的修复。在对道路进行养护工作时,我们需要对原先的道路进行清查,以确保在冷再生机出租之后进行道路养护工作中可以顺利进行。
Cold recycling is a recycling construction method of asphalt mixture corresponding to hot recycling. Cold recycling method is to use high-power pavement milling machine to grind, excavate and crush the pavement mixture on the original pavement, add stabilizer, cement, water (or emulsified asphalt) and aggregate for on-site mixing, use pavement mixer for on-site mixing and rolling forming. Cold recycling construction is mainly used for the repair of low-grade pavement. During road maintenance, we need to check the original road to ensure that the road maintenance can be carried out smoothly after the cold regenerator is rented.

一、旧路清查
1、 Old road inventory
冷再生技术适用于大部分沥青混凝土旧路大修与改建工程。先需要对旧路进行详细的调查,主要包括以下内容:

1、对旧路结构和历年修补改造情况进行调查,了解路面病害情况,包括变形、裂缝、边缘破坏等。

二、材料骨料组成

冷循环涂层的性能与混合料的级配有着显着而密切的关系,如果旧骨料中总粒径大于等于4.75mm(<40%)的骨料含量过低,则加入新的分级骨料;如果旧材料中总含量超过4.75mm(>80%),则会导致细材料(尤其是小于0.6mm的骨料)对空腔的填充不足。由于混合料的强度较低,因此有必要在冷冻再生混合料中添加一种稍有级配的细骨料,以形成分选良好、密实的骨架结构,提高混合料的强度。但这样无疑会增加冷再生结构层的成本,需要在与新结构层进行经济比较后实施。
The performance of cold cycle coating is significantly and closely related to the gradation of the mixture. If the content of aggregate with total particle size greater than or equal to 4.75mm (< 40%) in the old aggregate is too low, new graded aggregate shall be added; If the total content of old materials exceeds 4.75mm (> 80%), it will lead to insufficient filling of cavities by fine materials (especially aggregates less than 0.6mm). Due to the low strength of the mixture, it is necessary to add a slightly graded fine aggregate to the frozen recycled mixture to form a well sorted and dense skeleton structure and improve the strength of the mixture. However, this will undoubtedly increase the cost of cold regeneration structure layer, which needs to be implemented after economic comparison with the new structure layer.
