水泥冷再生和沥青冷再生的有哪些区别?

平时我们常见的路面就是水泥路和沥青路,冷再生机在维护这两种路面时有哪些区别?
At ordinary times, our common roads are cement roads and asphalt roads. What are the differences between the cold recycling machine in maintaining these two kinds of roads?
1、水泥冷再生
1. Cement cold recycling
水泥冷再生充分利用废旧材料,并按比例加入一定量的添加剂在自然环境温度下就地连续地完成材料的铣刨、破碎、拌合、摊铺及压实成型,冷再生租赁从而修筑出具有所需性能质量的新基层。
The cold recycling of cement makes full use of waste materials, adds a certain amount of additives in proportion, and continuously completes the milling, crushing, mixing, paving and compaction of materials at the natural ambient temperature, so as to build a new base with required performance and quality.
与传统施工方法相比,水泥冷再生成本低、效率高、质量好,可减少污染。
Compared with traditional construction methods, cement cold regeneration has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency and good quality, which can reduce pollution.
2、沥青冷再生
2. Asphalt cold regeneration
沥青路面冷再生将旧路铣刨、剥离所得的回收沥青路面材料,经破碎筛分,抽提测定油石比、矿料级配组成及回收沥青的性能指标后,按新的沥青再生混合料配合比设计,适当加入部分新骨料、水、乳化沥青等,在常温条件下(不加热)拌制新的沥青路面材料。冷再生技术可以降低成本10-20%左右,且生产效率非常高。
Cold recycling of asphalt pavement: the recycled asphalt pavement materials obtained from milling and stripping of the old road are crushed and screened, extracted and determined to determine the asphalt aggregate ratio, mineral aggregate gradation composition and performance indexes of the recycled asphalt.
