人员、机械设备应根据施工方案组合工期要求进行合理的配置。路堤填筑区为一个完整的作业区，每个作业区人员配置：施工队长1名，领工员2名，指挥卸土位置人员2名，测量及试验检测人员4～6人，其他机械工、普工20～30人。

根据施工需要，每个作业面配备反铲挖掘机一台、宣化-140推土机一台、YZ-22振动压路机两台、天工-160平地机一台，徐工-230灰土拌和机，自卸运输车6辆，撒水车一台备用。当运距较远时，自卸车的数量可适当增加。
