1、冷再生技术具有适用性。早期路面诊断是非常必要的。水泥现场冷再生技术通常是对原有路面进行碾压、调平、碾压、改造等施工技术。他仅再生浅层表层结构（不超过25cm），对路面结构底层病害没有修复作用。由于路面基层承载力不足，路面过度挠曲，需要进行深部处理来恢复路面的使用功能。一个简单的冷再生过程不能彻 底加强路面结构。
